SCHADE Wagon Unloading System

Painstaking design is of great significance when configuring wagon-unloading systems (wagon tipplers). Capacity, material, geographic and climatic conditions as well as the degree of automation requirements or environmental regulation limitations ultimately decide the right concept and economic operation.

Heinrich Aumund belongs to the pioneers in the development of wagon tipplers. He registered the first patent on such a device as early as 1929. Since then wagon unloading requirements have in part changed considerably. Flexible handling with different wagon types is also a feature as is almost fully automatic operation.

In conjunction with their customers, SCHADE wagon unloading system specialists seek the optimum solution in each case for material, volume and local situation.
